INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY

PMU solicits Prequalification information from contractors interested in bidding for Construction
Works associated with the ‘Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Plan’.
The Prequalification Package may be collected from the IDMP Project Manager c/o PMU, MPW,
Majuro, Marshall Islands MH 96960 at any time, or be requested by Email to
tony.tomlinson@beca.com
The information requested will be evaluated to assess the technical and financial capabilities as well as
the performance history of interested contractors. The proposed Works will range from small
maintenance contracts (<$200k) on schools and health facilities to complete new schools ($1M to
$4M) and health facilities throughout the RMI. This prequalification exercise will form the basis for
selecting contractors to receive invitations to bid on various contracts over the next three years.

THE RMI BID COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VALIDATE ALL INFORMATION
PROVIDED TO ENSURE AUTHENTICITY. ANY WILFULL MISINFORMATION WILL BE
CAUSE FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE PROPOSED BID LISTS

This invitation to Prequalify is made under the Infrastructure Development Maintenance Plan (IDMP)
with Funding subject to the fiscal procedures under the Compact as Amended.

This project is subject to the fiscal procedures of the Compact of Free Association as Amended.
